Debbie Richardson, Vice President/Co-Manager -

While others were viewing reconveyance as necessary if unappealing pick and shovel work, Debbie was one of the first to recognize an untapped opportunity. While at Commonwealth Land Title where her all-inclusive resume starts some 20 years ago, she initiated a new trend in reconveyance service. Debbie originated the Commonwealth Land Title conveyance department and moved to totally blanket the reconveyance needs of client companies.

It wasn't long before she began sensing an emerging need of a new direction for reconveyance to grow, and the logical direction was the utilization of the Internet. Now as part of the RPI team, Debbie's vision has become reality. RPI clients can view reconveyance information from their own desktop.

Kristina Faller, Vice President/Co-Manager -

Kristina entered the title Industry as a reconveyance specialist for First American Title in 1992. Applying technology to enhance the capability of the reconveyance department was Kristina's first pursuit as she helped develop the department from a manual process to fully computerized. In 1998, she was recruited to the reconveyance department for Commonwealth Land Title where she gained exposure to the leading edge innovations being implemented there, as well as expanding her own customer service management skills.

Working closely with co-manager Debbie Richardson, the idea of reconveyance processing taking the next step and becoming web friendly was about to take shape.

Now with the RPI team, Kristina has helped to develop a user friendly and technologically advanced reconveyance program. It is one of the highlights of Kristina's career to watch this develop from just an idea to a fully capable company.
